Natasha Andrykowsky joined Barclays Africa in 2006 and currently heads up International Banking across South Africa.
During the time she has been with Barclays Africa CIB, she has held a number of strategic and operational roles across the business. Most recently, she served as Head of Strategy for Corporate and Investment Banking in Africa for several years. Her last project involved leading the separation from Barclays Plc for the CIB business.
Earlier experience with in the firm includes: Front Office COO – driving strategy execution across business; special project role in the set up of the Corporate business; heading up Custody & Trustee driving remediation and preparation for sale; Business Manager for Trading as well as a stint in the Office of the CEO.
Prior to joining investment banking she worked at Monitor Group, a global strategy consulting firm where she worked with global clients in South Africa, as well as London, Sao Paolo, Moscow and Hamburg.
Natasha has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
